This is my todays creation.
This type of cake is so easy to do and so yummy that I recommend to all of you to try and do it.
You can decorate it with the fruit or sweets that you like, it is very versatile
Here you have the recipe:
180g egg white ( the white of aprox 5 L eggs)
¼ part of teaspoon of salt
320g suggar
2 spoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
50ml heavy cream
120g cream cheese
90g powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Draw a circle on the parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Gradually add in the sugar, beating well after each addition. Beat until thick and glossy. Gently fold in vanilla extract, white vinegar, and cornstarch.
Spoon mixture inside the circle drawn on the parchment paper. Working from the center, spread mixture toward the outside edge, building edge slightly. This should leave a slight depression in the center.
Bake for 90 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
In a small bowl, beat heavy cream with cream cheese until stiff peaks form; set aside. Remove the paper, and place meringue on a flat serving plate. Fill the center of the meringue with whipped cream, and top with fruits or whatever you want slices.
I decorated the cake with some chocolate :P
