Hope every one of you is feeling well today. I'm here with another delicious and mouth-watering recipe that will make you happy throughout the day if you eat once. In my region, people can't avoid this dish even they wanted to have it every single day that's how much delicious it is.
So foodies, this recipe that I'm going to share is about rice and we all called it Biryani which is a combination a lot of spices along with rice and potatoes. Trust the process and you will find it heavenly great.
If you have not tried it yet then you should. I'm sure you won't regret once you try, in fact, you will want to have more and more in your plate. ;)

Chicken Biryani
Chicken biryani is a combination of chicken along with rice, potatoes, and a lot of spices to level up the entire game. How do you think it will go by seeing the above final outcome?
This is not only looking delicious but you will find the exact thing after eating with your hands or spoons. Okay I guess I dragged a lot about this dish... :D
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:

| Chicken | 1.5 kg | |
| Rice | 1 kg | |
| Potatoes | 4 large sized | |
| Onion | 5 medium sized | |
| Chopped Garlic | 1 bulb | |
| Tomatoes | 4 medium sized | |
| Green Chillies | 4-5 pieces | |
| Salt | to taste | |
| Red Chilli Flakes | 2tbsp | |
| Cumin Seeds | 1tbsp | |
| Coriander Powder | 1tbsp | |
| Turmeric | 1tsp | |
| Tamarind | to taste | |
| Shaan Briyani Masalah | 1 packet | |
| water | as per needed | |
| Re & Yellow food color | as needed |
💫 Method:
- Take a pan, add oil then onions and chopped garlic, fry until golden brown color
- At this point, add washed chicken and roast a bit until the whole chicken turned into white color
- Now add cube sized tomatoes and green chillies along with rest of the dry ingredients and mix them very well
- Add a little water so everything can incorporates very well
- Add potatoes at this point so everything can cook altogether at equal time
- Now add required quantity of water in which chicken and potatoes soften well
- Turn off the flame when your desired consistency of gravy left in the pan
- Now take another big pot, add water with salt and whole spices to boil the soaked sella rice
- When the water comes at boiling point, add soaked rice and boil them fully
- Now layer the boiled rice first, put gravy on that rice layer, repeat the process
- Sprinkle pinch of both food colors on the last layer of the rice
- Now cover the pot, turn on the flame very low and leave it for 20 minutes
- Turn off the flame right after 20 minutes, open the lid and serve hot with mint raita and enjoy
