Last time I mentioned I lose 18 pounds in 2 months! Believe ladies want to know how! apart from sports, I didn’t do much on dieting. The only diet is dinner. I decrease the amount I ate in dinner and added a fruit: Kiwi.
Kiwi should be one of the best fruit too human. It is also the gift to people who want to lose weight. What is good in Kiwi?
1 rich in dietary fibre. The ratio of soluble dietary fibre and insoluble dietary fiber is even 2:1, which is a golden ratio.
2 High Vitamin C: 100 gram of Kiwi contains 69mg of Vitamin C, which is 17 times than apple!
3 Low GI Glycemic Index. It provides sugar and sweet taste to Kiwi but release slowly which give us small blood sugar spikes.
4 Rich Actinides. It helps to break down protein in meat, which reduce unnecessary proteins blocking blood vessel and improve blood circulation and metabolism.
Kiwi is sweet, tasty and easy to get full. It is rich in nutrition which suit people who want to lose weight! Although you are fit, Kiwi is still one of the best fruit to keep you healthy!
In the first week, I was testing how to eat less but not hungry. Kiwi was my first try. As I woke up late, I usually had breakfast at 10am, Lunch at 3pm and then 2 kiwi at around 8pm. It’s good! I didn’t feel hungry before sleep!
But I don’t like the taste of kiwi haha. So I changed to another fruit soon. Which fruit? Tell you next time!
