Croustades Shrimp and Mashroom
Ingredients
- 16 slice of White Bread
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 1 clove Garlic,finely chopped
Ragout
- 100 grams Shrimp, feeled
- 100 grams Mashroom, chopped
- 50 grams Smock Beef , chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 clove garlic,finely chopped
- 40 grams Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon NutMeg Powder
- Pepper and Salt
Making Steps
Croustades
- I cut two 2-inch circles from each slice of bread
- next stamp out rounds using a 2¼ inch (5.5 cm) plain cutter.
- Melt the butter in a small pan containing the garlic and a seasoning of salt and freshly milled black pepper.
- Dip a while the little bread rounds on both sides with seasoned melted butter and then press them into the tins firmly.&
- Bake them for about 15-20 minutes or until crisp and brown. Cool them on a wire rack
Ragout:
- Saute Garlic chopped until golden yellow
- Enter Shrimp, stir till change color, insert the Mushrooms cook it well, insert the Bacon stir briefly.
- Pour the Flour, stir briefly, pour Milk, add Sugar, Pepper, Nutmeg powder, and Salt.
- Stir until the flour is cooked and thickened.
- Sprinkle celery leaves before off the fire.
Serving : Filling Croustades bread with Ragout about 1 tablespoon,then Coustades ready to serve with Shrimp ontop of it.
