Chicken Satay
Ingredients
750 grams Chicken Tender
6 tablespoon Soy Sauce (sweetness)
2 tablespoon Butter
Sliced Shallot
Sliced Lime
30 pieces Wooden skewers, soak in water.
Peanut Sauce
150 grams Peanut, fried
5 Red Pepper, fried
5 Cayenne, fried
3 clove Garlic, fried
4 Candle Nut, grill
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
3 1/2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Salt
50 ml Water
Making steps
Cut the chicken tenders into 2-inch pieces and thread 3 pieces onto each skewer and set aside
Peanut sauce: puree all sauce ingredients and fry the sauce
When ready to cook the chicken, heat a grill pan over medium heat.
Saperated peanut sauce in two part, one part for dipping sauce satay before being burnt than grill the chicken until cooked through with nice grill marks, 5 to 7 minutes per side till done and look beautiful. Smearing with mixture butter and soy sauce over (meat) during cooking in order to keep it moist.
Serve chicken satay with remaining peanut sauce, sprikle the sliced shallot and lime juice for flavoring and more taste
