Dark Cooking Chocolate
Ingredients
- 200 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate
- 50 ml Hot Milk
- 180 grams Butter
- 5 Eggs Yolk
- 5 Eggs White
- 175 grams Medium Flour
- 30 grams Chocolate Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Making Steps
- Using 2 bowl to melting Dark Cooking Chocolate and Milk, set aside.
- Mix Butter and half of Sugar till it soft and add Egg Yolk one by one, while mixing add Flour,Chocolate Powder and Baking Powder that already sifted.
- Pour Mixture of Dark Cooking Chocolate and Milk in to the dough, stir well and set aside
- Beat Egg White till half fluffy and add the rest of Sugar,beat again till fluffy.
- When Egg White already fluffy turn off the mixer machine.
- Add fluffy Egg White in to the dough gently bit by bit, still keep stirring till all mix well.
- Pour the dough into 22 cm pan that already smeared butter and lined with baker paper, bake about 45 minutes in the oven with 170 degree C.
- After 45 minutes off the pan and cooling down the Cake.
- You can pour melted Chocolate on top of it or just cover it with icing Sugar, garnish as you like...
