Beef Caldereta

Ingredients
1 kg Tenderlion Beef
1 small can Liver spread
1 small can Tomato sauce
1 medium Onion, sliced
3 clove Garlic, finely chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
4 cups Beef Broth
2 cups Fry Potato, cube
2 cups Fry Carrots, cube
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 cups Peas
Making Steps
Stir-Fry the Tenderlion in hot oil until brown, add garlic and onion saute until done.
Pour the Beef broth and let it boil little bit till Tenderlion tender (about 15-20 minutes using a pressure cooker).
Add liver spread, tomato sauce, red bell pepper, potato, carrot, and bread crumb boil for another minutes.
Ready to serving and better serve while it's hot.
