Sweet Beef With Green Chili Pepper

Ingredients

250 grams Tender meat, sliced
1 Small Onion, 2 inch chopped
3 clove of Garlic, smash and finely chopped
5 Green Chili Peppers, oblique cuts
Oil

Marinade

1/2 teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoon Sweet SoySauce
Salt and Pepper

Making Steps

Marinade meat with all marinade ingredients about 1 hour.
Heat oil in the skillet and saute the marinade meat till flavored,off the heat and drain the meat.
On the same skillet heat again meat oil and stir fry garlic til flavored, insert Onion wait for the aroma, insert meat, green chili and soy sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper, cook a minute till seasoning absorbs and shine then off the heat.
Transfer to serving plate and ready to eat....
