Ingredients for 4 pots
- 400 g of chicken;

- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- 1 onion;
- 200 g of mushrooms;
- 8 small potatoes;
- 4 tablespoons cream;
- 8 tablespoons of water.
Preparation
Cut chicken fillets into small pieces, salt and fry on 1 tablespoon of oil for 15 minutes. In another frying pan, heat the remaining oil, add the onion, after 5 minutes - mushrooms, bring to the ready.
Spread the meat, mushroom mixture and diced potatoes on pots. Add salt and spices, mix. In each pot, pour a tablespoon of cream and two - water. Bake without lid for about an hour at a temperature of 200 ° C.
