Jam with sea buckthorn with ginger

Ingredients
- 800 g of sugar;
- 300 ml of water;
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger;
- 600 g of sea-buckthorn.
Preparation
Pour sugar into the pan and pour in water. Add the ginger and mix well to allow the sugar to dissolve. Put the pan on a moderate fire. Stirring, bring to a boil and cook the syrup for another 8-10 minutes.
Put the berries in the syrup and gently mix. Cook for 15 minutes and cool completely. Then, stirring, prepare the jam for another hour on a slow fire.
