Homemade Cherry pie
Ingredients:
- 500 g puff pastry;
- 350 g frozen cherries;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon of starch;
- 1 egg.
Cooking
Take two sheets of dough and roll both out a little.
Mix pre-thawed and dried cherries with two tablespoons of sugar and starch.
Spread the cherry filling on one sheet of dough, leaving 2 cm intact on each side.
Cover the cake with a second sheet of dough and seal the edges.
Grease the cake with an egg, whipped with a tablespoon of water, and make several cuts at the top. Bake at 200 ° C for 30 minutes, then let it rest for another 30 minutes and serve.
