Here is a simple but delicious recipe for cutlets to share with you. Hope you enjoy it much as me.
Turkey cutlets with onions and potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- 1 potato;
- 100 grams of white bread crumb;
- 50 ml of milk;
- 500 g of minced turkey;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- any spices - optional;
- 50–70 g of flour;
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Cooking
Chop onion finely. Potatoes rub on a large grater. Fill the bread with milk and leave for 7-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, vegetables, soaked bread, salt, pepper and spices. Form small patties and roll them in flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry blanks for 4–7 minutes on each side.
