I don’t eat gluten flour, but sometimes I want to eat sandwich, so here is recipe of gluten-free and low carb buns for #sixweekhealth challenge
Ketobuns:
- 1 zucchini
- 3 eggs 🥚
- 65 gr almond flour
- 15 gr coconut flour 🥥
- 20-25 gr psyllium
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Grate zucchini, squeeze out the juice, beat the eggs, add zucchini, mix, add dry ingredients, form the buns, bake in the oven (180 C) for 20-25 min
