Today I will share the recipe for cup cakes of passion fruit (as this is my business) for this you will occupy the following:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of margarine with salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup of passion fruit juice (prepare by liquefying the flesh of the fruit with a little water, the purer the more intense the flavor)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of rising wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
Preparation
Mix the margarine and sugar beating until cream, then add eggs one by one, and vanilla essence (mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl and sieve) to the previous mixture will be adding the flour and juice alternating the same .
Prepare the cup cakes molds with their respective casserole, fill them to 3/4 parts with the mixture and bake for approximately 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Click with a toothpick to see if they are cooked (the toothpick should come out dry) and ready, delicious cup cakes to enjoy as a family.
Decorate using parchita coulins for this, use a pot or pomace pulp (little about 1/4 cup) with sugar over low heat, this mixture is thick and it is advisable to move it constantly to avoid burning. Fill them with passion fruit buttercream. I hope you do and enjoy this exciting flavor.
