It is believed that the best chefs in the world are men. I will not argue, but for some reason it seems to me that this is a world-wide female conspiracy - they're just too lazy to cook for us, so they decided to help us, it's nice for us, so we grumble at the stove, trying to earn a helping of flattery :) However that may be, it's all a matter, although anything can cook anything, I'm no exception. Today I want to share my recipe for cheese soup. This is a budget and tasty option, and most importantly does not require special skills. To prepare my main course, we will need chicken fillet, I usually take half (depending on the volume of your pot), a couple of potatoes, vegetables for frying (for an amateur - I'm not lazy because of my laziness :)) and paid cheese - I recommend not save and buy high-quality cheese, perfect with various flavors, such as mushrooms. Oh, yes, you can still cut the greenies to decorate our dishes. But I like you guessed too lazy - I would have been delicious and with meat, and enjoying food - it's not mine)) The cooking process is simple to disgrace:
We cook our stick, on the basis of the resulting broth will be our delicious soup;
The fillet is cut into cubes, triangles. rhombuses, in general to whom as conveniently, the size too to do (make) proceeding from the preferences;
We cut potatoes, as well as fillets;
Throw it all into our broth and cook until the potatoes are ready.
When potatoes are cooked, or almost cooked, I prefer this period, we take our curds (I have 2 pieces), rub them on a grater and add in our "brew" ;-) A little advice - so that the cheese is not smeared all over grater and not lime hands, before cooking, put it in the freezer.
Now it remains for us to make sure that the cheese is melted, for this we stir the soup with a spoon.
The soup turns milk-white, with golden impregnations of broth fat. That's all, really simple? Bon Appetit ;-)
