I put in the freezer cherries this summer and today I made a pitit clafoutis house that delighted everyone here. It is a very easy recipe, accessible to all and above all quite economical.
Ingredients:
80 gr of flour
40 gr of cornflour
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
100 gr of powdered sugar
kirsch (optional, but personal I put, I find the best clafoutis)
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
500 gr of cherries
2 glasses with milk mustard or 40 cl
Preheat oven to 200 ° or thermostat 6 - 7
In a terrine, pour the flour, dig a fountain and put cornstarch, whole eggs and sugars. Mix the flour little by little with the other ingredients.
When the mixture thickens, add the milk gradually to obtain a fluid paste without lumps. Put the kirsch last.
Take a hollow dish, butter it and spread the cherries on the bottom. Pour the dough on it.
Place this dish in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes
