I'm learning new vegitarian and vegan recipes :D This turned out nice and I definitely plan to make again. I have enough patties left for frying tomorrow as well :) I've switched to more plant based food since last week, I just keep forgetting to take any photos...
Today I walked 4km :D The new sneakers feeling great so far, they might be ready for a run finally - Also today I remember to take a photo of my food xD I just forget when I'm hungry and I just want to eat.
Below is the original recipe I followed, I used leftover beans from yesterday. I substituted oats with breadcrumbs, oats might be better afterall. Also probably blend the hardest things first and add softest last. I have enough for tomorrow lunch as well :) Tomorrow I'll use a grill pan instead of frying in oil.
Mine are vegetarian burgers as I added some regular cheese and mayo.
It tastes better than it looks xD I'm just too messy. My husband tried some even and he's ok with having some more next time!! ^^ I cook meat for him as it's not an issue for me. I'm still learning and improving my cooking :D

Any recipe recommendations? We don't have soy, tofu/tempeh or mock meats in our stores :)
