Hi everybody how are you?
On this occasion I wanted to show you a recipe for "Guacamole sauce" I use it for tacos, or also fajitas. Go to the recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 avocado or ripe avocado
- ½ onion of medium size
- 1 tomato
- 1 chile or sachet of locoto (optional both ingredients are very spicy)
- Juice of 1 whole lemon
- Cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: </ b>
Preferably peel the tomato (to do so immerse it in hot water for 2 minutes and remove the skin, you can also put on the stove on all sides and get the same result), chop it into cubes as small as we get.
Peel the onion, wash it and cut it into cubes as small as possible.
If we decide to use chili, wash it well, cut it in half, remove all the seeds and cut it in a bucket as small as possible.
To the cilandro to wash it well and to cut it well small also.
Cut the avocado or avocado in half extract the pit and with a soup spoon extract all the pulp and step on it well with a fork or minipimer, with the latter will achieve greater c creaminess.
Then add the lemon juice, onion and tomatoes cut before, chili or locoto (optional) cilantro season with salt and pepper to taste everything very well voilà! We have our guacamole / avocado sauce list :)
It can last up to 5 days in the refrigerator
I hope you enjoy!!
Greetings from Argentina ;-)
