Wine marinade
INGREDIENTS
- 200 ml dry white wine
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 medium bulbs
- 2 stalk of celery
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 twigs of thyme
- Sol
1. Peel the onion and cut it large. Celery stalks lightly smash with a heavy knife handle and cut into medium slices.
2. Crush the garlic and peel it. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems. Mix all the ingredients. Marinate mutton and beef for 2-12 hours.
