Yogurt marinade
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 g of drinking natural yogurt
- middle bunch of spicy greens (coriander, purple Basil, tarragon)
- 1 small bundle of green onion
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1. Cut the green onion very finely, mix with yogurt and mustard.
2. The greens, remove the tough ends of the stems, the leaves chopped as fine as possible, add to the marinade. Marinate lean pieces of poultry 2-24 h.
