Caprese Burgers

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. 85% lean grass-fed ground beef
- balsamic glaze, such as Cucina Viva brand
5 oz. Kowalski's Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
4 Kowalski's White Hamburger Buns, lightly toasted - toppings: thickly sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
DIRECTIONS
Using clean hands, form 4 hamburger patties with the beef. Grill burgers over high heat, covered, until done (about 4 min. per side for medium doneness), turning twice and brushing each side with glaze in last 2 min. of cooking. Remove from heat and top with cheese; let stand for 3-5 min., loosely covered with foil, before serving. Serve on buns with more balsamic glaze, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
