How to Make a dough:
Crack 2 eggs in the bowl add 2 tbs of coconut oil, 120 ml of water and mix it, then add pinch of salt, 2 cups of flour and mix it again with a fork. When the dough is formed take it out of the bowl and start smashing the dough on table to develop gluten. The more you throw the better results. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for 15 min. Put the tablecloth on the table and spread the dough with your hands very carefully until very thin sheet.
How to Make stuffing:
Peal and cut 3 apples, add lemon juice, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon and mix it well.
Load the apples on the dough, turn the corners and roll the strudel with tablecloth. Spread egg yolk on strudel and bake it for 30 min at 180 ° C until it is golden brown. After that sprinkle the strudel with powder sugar and you can serve. Please don't forget the whipped cream!
