Cake with salted caramel

Ingredients
For salted caramel:
- 200 g of sugar;
- 90 g of butter;
- 120 grams of creamy fat;
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
For the cake:
- 3 tablespoons butter;
- 1 egg;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- 4 tablespoons of flour;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon baking powder;
- ½ teaspoon of salt.
Preparation
First, prepare the salty caramel. Put a deep sauté pan over medium heat and melt sugar in it, stirring constantly. When the sugar gets a brown tint, add butter. After dissolving it, pour the cream into the saucepan and cook until the caramel thickens. Remove from heat, add salt and mix. This amount of caramel is enough for not one cupcake.
Now you can proceed directly to the cake. Put butter for 10 seconds in the microwave to melt it. Add the egg and milk and whisk until smooth. Then pour the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt and mix thoroughly.
Put the dough into a cup. In the center, put 1 tablespoon of salted caramel. Put the cake in the microwave for an average power of 1 minute. Ready cake decorate another 1 tablespoon of caramel and icing.
By the way, if desired, caramel can be replaced with boiled condensed milk. It will turn out not less tasty.
