Ingredients
- 1 egg;
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream with 20% fat content;
- salt - to taste;
- 1-2 teaspoons seasoning (you can take Italian herbs, hops-suneli or other universal seasonings);
- a few sprigs of dill;
- 70 g of hard cheese;
- 1 thin lavash.
Preparation
Baste the egg in sour cream and mix until smooth. Add salt, seasoning and finely chopped garlic and mix well again.
Rub cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate the pita bread with sour cream sauce and cut into small rectangles. Lay them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Sprinkle each piece of pita bread with grated cheese.
Bake the chips at a temperature of 160-170 ° C for 5-7 minutes. The time may be required a little less, so periodically look at the state of the chips. They should brown and become crispy.
