Spicy salad with chicken and broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 broccoli heads, disassembled on the inflorescence;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 5 shallots;
- 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- 2 red chili peppers;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 4 fried chicken fillets;
- a handful of olives without pits;
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce.
Preparation
Boil broccoli in boiling water or steam for 4-5 minutes (until soft). Freshly frozen broccoli will need to be cooked for 10 minutes longer. Throw the cabbage into a colander, put it in a bowl and set it aside.
In the saucepan, heat the oil. For about 2 minutes, cook finely chopped shallots on it, then add seeded chopped chilli and chopped garlic. Fry them for another 4 minutes until soft.
Take the onions, peppers and garlic from the butter, add them to the broccoli. Also put the chopped chicken and olives in a bowl and mix.
Pour the soy sauce into the saucepan with butter, where the onions, peppers and garlic are fried. Warm the mixture over medium heat and pour a salad containing pieces of cherry tomatoes over it. Ready meals can be served in a warm or cold.
