Appetizer Cheese Balls

Ingredients
- 900 g of cream cheese;
- 450 grams of grated cheddar;
- 200 g of chopped pecans or walnuts;
- 60 ml of concentrated or melted milk;
- 120 g of olives;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- ½ a bunch of parsley;
- a few tablespoons of paprika.
Preparation
Mix cream cheese and cheddar. Add 150 grams of nuts, milk, chopped olives, chopped garlic and salt. Mix well, divide into three parts and form a ball from each part.
One ball neatly roll in chopped parsley, the other - in the remaining nuts, lightly pressing so that they are fixed in cheese, and the third - in paprika. Put the balls in the refrigerator.
You need to get them 15 minutes before filing. This appetizer is ideally combined with crackers.
