Prosciutto with melon

Ingredients
- 1 small melon (better than "cantaloupe");
- 150 g prosciutto;
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
- 100 g of arugula;
- salt, black ground pepper and other spices to taste.
Preparation
Cut the melon into pieces so large that they can be wrapped in slices of ham. Lay the rolls on the leaves of arugula, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Give a little stand and serve to the table.
Appetizer will look even more impressive, if from the melon pulp to form the balls with the help of a nouazette (a spoon for ice cream and a measuring spoon will also fit).
