Fruit jelly from pumpkins and apples
This spicy dessert for tea will warm and cheer up.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of milk or water;
- ¼ cup of gelatin;
- 1½ cups of pumpkin puree;
- ½ cup of apple puree;
- 1½ teaspoons of cinnamon;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- ¾ teaspoon of ginger;
- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom.
Preparation
Pour milk or water into a saucepan, pour in the thickener and stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
Add pumpkin and apple puree, honey and spices and whisk until smooth.
Distribute according to the molds or pour into a large glass mold and send to freeze in the refrigerator.
