It all happened middle February when I got home for break from school, finding out that my dad has gone to the farm to harvest different specie of yam but the water yam was more. Then I was like what can I use water yam to make aside from yam pottage ikokore that am used to? Then i got an answer to my question .... Yam freetles !!!!!!! Locally known as ojojo. So I decided to make yam freetles with most of the yam, but would also love to talk about yam pottage.
