Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 100 g of mayonnaise ;
- 120 g of sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- salt - to taste;
- ½ teaspoon of soda;
- 200 g of sifted flour;
- 1 onion;
- 500 g ground meat;
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg;
- ½ tsp of zira;
- ½ teaspoon of thyme;
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander;
- 200 ml of water;
- ½ a bunch of dill;
- a few twigs of parsley;
- several branches of basil;
- a little butter.
Preparation
Whisk the eggs. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sugar, about ½ teaspoon of salt and baking soda and mix thoroughly. Put in the flour and stir the dough again.
In a frying pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the finely chopped onion until golden. Lay out the mince, add nutmeg, ziru, thyme, coriander and salt. Stir and cook meat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in water and simmer over medium heat until all of the liquid has evaporated. Throw in the frying pan finely chopped greens and mix.
Lubricate the butter with a baking dish. Put half the dough in there and smooth it. From the top, distribute the filling, and on it - the remaining dough. Bake cake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
