Ingrédients:
1 red cabbage
100 grams of bacon
1 fruit apple
1 shallot
salt, pepper, cinnamon

Wash vegetables.
Chop cabbage.
Emboss shallot and cut apple pieces after peeled.
Fry in oil with shallots and bacon.
Add the cut apple.
Season with salt pepper and cinnamon.
