Puff cake with cabbage and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- ½ head of cabbage;
- 1 carrot;
- 300 g of champignons;
- salt - to taste;
- ¼ of a bunch of green onions;
- 500 g of puff pastry;
- 1 egg.
Preparation
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Slice the cabbage in small strips, grate the carrots and grate the mushrooms with thin plates. Put these ingredients in a frying pan and fry, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes.
To the finished filling add salt and chopped onion and mix. Roll out the dough with two layers and lay one of them on the bottom of the pie mold. Distribute the filling and cover with another layer of dough.
Connect the edges of the dough and grease the cake with a beaten egg. Make a few punctures on it with a fork so that the steam comes out. Bake cake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
