Tacos with salmon and spices
It is prepared quickly, it looks appetizing, it tastes like a fairy tale!

Ingredients
- 4 fillets of salmon with a skin (approximately 125 g each);
- 2-3 teaspoons of a mixture of spices;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- any vegetable oil;
- ¹/₂ a bunch of fresh coriander;
- ¹/₂ a bunch of fresh mint;
- 150 g unsweetened fat-free yogurt;
- 2 avocadoes;
- 2 bulbs shallots (can be replaced by ordinary);
- 1 chili pepper;
- 1 pinch of sugar;
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar;
- 4 tortilla.
Preparation
Eat into the salmon meat a mixture of spices, salt and ground pepper, sprinkle with oil. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
Put a baking tray on medium heat and bake the fillet for 8-10 minutes on each side until the meat is soft and the skin is crispy.
Put some twigs of coriander, the remaining finely chop, mix with crushed mint and yoghurt.
Avocado slice in small pieces, put in a bowl. Then add the peeled and finely chopped shallots and crushed chili peppers. Salt, sprinkle with sugar, add vinegar, spices and gently rub your fingers with avocado so that they absorb and mix in themselves the smells.
Place a tortilla on each plate. Top with large slices lay the fillet. Add the yoghurt with herbs, put sprinkled with any oil avocado and decorate the remaining leaves of coriander.
