어제 하루도 만보 달성 했네요 어제 하루는 그래도 비도그치고 아침 하늘이 맑을것 같더니 정말 화창 했어요 점심시간에 잠깐 운동 하고 퇴근하면서 걷기운동을 했습니다 집에 도착하니 만보 달성 좋던데요 오늘도 출근하는데 여유있게 걷고 있습니다. 즐겁게 시작하세요
