Well that's a full week without smoking. I think i can now say i am a non-smoker. :-) My breathing is far better and i now have more energy, and i'll be saving about £25 a week. My chest pains have decreased

Ok its still early days but ive managed to stop tobacco for the first time in 35 years. wahey :-) Even with the champix i'm still craving atm but its getting less and i'm determined to keep off the cigs.

Ok , taken a few steps back this week. was doing well until i had to fast for 24 hrs for a CT bowel scan. I had to have a CT bowel scan with contrast on thursday, which required me to fast for 24 hrs,
