Any idea why videos can’t be uploaded to D.tube from IPad or IPhone??

Has anyone tried and completed an upload to D.tube from an iPad or iPhone? I have tried many times, with the same result. Loading bar goes all the way to green then nothing, no error message no green check

Uploading Error on DTube

I'm facing issue to upload my first ever video on DTube. Whenever I tried to upload on DTube it says, "Aww, Snap!" for MP4 file. I even tried uploading as WMV file but it keeps saying error.
