အသီးအခ်ဥ္ေဖာက္ရည္(FFJ)လုပ္နည္း အသီးအခ်ဥ္ေဖာက္ရည္ဆိုတာ လူလုပ္ထားတဲ့ပ်ားရည္လိုပါပဲ။ အပင္ႀကီးထြားမႈအတြက္ႏိႈးဆြတဲ့အင္ဇိုင္းေတြပါဝင္ပါတယ္။ သဘာဝနည္းအတိုင္းစိုက္ပ်ိဳးတဲ့ေနရာမွာမ်ားစြာအေရးပါၿပီးအရမ္းထိေရာက္ပါတယ္။

Feeding the girls. On my day off today, I was able to finally give the backyard some tender lovin and care. I am feeding heavy and even buried some fish bones under each plant. I couldn't be anymore happier
