Today was a mid-day. So...that means practically nothing but Cardio and literally a couple of other exercises. Still. I'm feeling it, lately...so I figured I'd make it fun in what ways I can risk it.

Really working on building up my core strength and stability within my headstands, and other yoga poses. I’m still a wee bit shakey :P
