I like to break my crackers as I eat them because the cracker is kind of large in size. This parchment cracker is also very flaky, so it helps if you break it. Flakes and all I know this is a great quality cracker. Eating two in each sitting was perfect for me because this low calorie cracker was pretty filling. This is just what a need. These tasty crackers have been hit in my household. I also shared a couple of boxes with my parents when we went to visit them. They are the type of people that do not go out and try many new food items, so I was excited to share these snack crackers with them. They need to try healthier food options anyway so this worked well for them.
