My local parkrun were desperate for volunteers again, so I stepped up even though I would prefer to run. It had been raining again, but was not too bad as I walked down there. I had hoped a couple of friends

Yes, I am running my usual parkrun again. It is just so convenient for me. Mind you, I did find myself leaving home a little later than usual, but I was still at the start in time for the usual briefing.

It was a nice morning for parkrun. I was at my local event at Henlow Bridge Lakes again. My ribs are still sore, but it is not too bad when I am running. There were a fair few people there this time. People

This is my first run since Sunday's half marathon. I mentioned that I fell over and I had some concerns that I might have cracked a rib. My lower left chest has been sore all week and made sleeping

As I am running my half marathon tomorrow I opted to volunteer at my local parkrun today. There was some light rain as I walked up there. It feels like a long time since I have done an event in the rain

A nice morning for running at Henlow Bridge Lakes. Not too warm, but bridge and dry. The course is all dried out for now, but a bit uneven in places. I still went with my trail shoes. Numbers were down

We are enjoying some great weather for the Easter weekend. It was warming up as I headed for Henlow Bridge Lakes. I had attempted to get @todayslight to come and walk it today, but he is not feeling up

I volunteered to help at Henlow Bridge Lakes parkrun again today. The number of runners has been fairly low and other people need a chance to run. There were 72 runners today, so that was a slight improvement

It really is a lovely day today. I went to the pub with some work colleagues yesterday and we sat outside with our beer. I have had more beer than usual this week, so maybe that is affecting my running.
