以前的一个领导开会第一件事情，就是让大家学习，每天早起要问自己几个为什么，睡前再问几个为什么，反思并总结。以前的领导是一个腹有诗书气自华的文人，所以再要求我们的时候，也是要多学习，多努力，每天都要进步一点点。他还会专门抽出时间，专门给我们授课，研究毛主席的诗词，总而言之，当时学习氛围浓厚。

到现在每当遇到难坎难过和鼓励孩子时，背的滚瓜烂熟的一段话就是:天降大任于斯人也必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为…… 这一段话真的是很励志，一次次救我于水火之中。上学的时候只知道是重点，必须背下来，慢慢的长大了。不知道为什么，遇到困难时，这一段话都是脱口而出，使人振奋。人生没有白走的路，每一步都会算数，那些打不倒你的，终将使你变得更强大。
