Now that is how pulled pork is done!! 1/4 inch of tasty juices in the bottom. No need for BBQ sauce!! I couldn’t help but pick at it a little bit… time for the bear claws o shred it up!! #porkshoulder

While slow roasting a pork shoulder is not as time intensive as a brisket, but it does take all day. I'm glad I was able to get it on the Kamado Joe around 9am. Now, off to the office. Posted from my blog:
