I have squeezed out the juice from a cut lime I got at Tesco in Bangkok Thailand. Now that juice and some of the seeds are in a shallow bowl
The next thing I will do after this is to cut up some kind of raw veggie and let it soak in the juice for some time before adding all of that into soup or salad. Most often I eat cabbage, cauliflower, radish or carrots – or a combo of all of them. But any veggie will do. This is one action I take most days as part of my healthy diet. The lime adds Vitamin C and flavor to my food.
An obese person like I used to be would say, "This is stupid! How much can a little bit of lime juice help?"
The thin and healthy person I am now says, “Everything you do can help or hurt. This is a small thing, but done every day – it will make a difference over time. It’s all baby steps. You just have to take them.”
This is the discussion I have many, many times in my weight loss work. Sometimes people hear me and take action too.

I use a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera for my photos.
I lost weight by learning new skills and applying them. What I thought I knew about health and weight loss was all wrong. Anyone can do this if I did. I will help you if you ask me to.
