I posted another view of these steaming eggs to the killerpix tag and now I am backed up from the eggs to show the vendor's set up. The eggs are really good but I don’t know about balut steamed.
I get the yellow eggs and the texture is the same all the way through - no yolk. Each stick is 10 thb. I find this in my weekend market, but not always.
