Happy Sunday everyone. I have some photos of some delicious lobster tails my husband brought home for a seafood dinner last night. It was amazing cooked in a wonderful butter and garlic combo. Here's how I cooked them up. Don't they look amazingly delicious.
Here the lobster is done and peeled, on a plate with a side of garlic butter for dipping.
Here are the lobster tails uncooked, you can see there a black color
Another photo of the lobster tails before I started to cook them
I started off by putting my butter in the cast iron skillet then I threw in my garlic to saute a few minutes before I put in my lobster tails
You can see in this photo the tails uncooked are a black color as they cook they turn like an orange color, this is good
After about 10 minutes and completely orange there done. Take them out and start to peel
Here there peeled and ready to eat. They look amazing
Now there all peeled, just have a look?
Another close up for ya, is your mouth watering
And your ready for dinner. Bon Appetit
