My 4th day of the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar food series. Kani means crab in Japanese, it is visibly seen on the picture that there are strips of crab meat from what I assume to be from crab sticks thus the name Kani Salad. It is a light appetizer consisting primarily of vegetables and crab meat but in this case we see that they’ve added chunks of mango I guess to add sweetness or flavor. They also put strips of nori (the wrap for sushi) and loads of dressing. Absolutely a good way to start a meal. Here’s my entry for #dailyfoodphotography
