I just wanna share my viand today. This is one of my favorite dish. Ginamay or Ginagmay is a popular dish in the Philippines especially in visayan region. You can even see this is in carinderia. It is an economical dish but delicious. It consist of diced pork, carrots and potatoes and peas.
