First，Meat dish：Braised Pork with Vermicelli

Second，Semi muddy：Fried chicken with soy sauce

And，Vegetable dish：summer squash

And，Vegetable dish：Braised eggplant

And，staple food：Stir-Fried Noodles with Vegetables

荤菜：猪肉炖粉条
半荤：酱爆鸡丁
素菜：西葫芦
素菜：烧茄子
主食：炒面

【点评】
猪肉炖粉条，今天的肥肉多些
酱爆鸡丁，没有宫爆的好吃
西葫芦，清脆，清淡
烧茄子，口味再重点好吃
炒面，我加了辣椒喝醋，吃着过瘾
