Disclaimer: I do not make claims--Instead, I share experience! :D Also, allow me to clear up that there are no contradictions here, my friend. I will flat out admit that I am an addict to these drug foods...aren't--or weren't--we all? :)
- Drug: this link has the closest to my meaning, although I can see it helpful to also combine a description from Mirriam-Webster.
- What makes a drug different from a food? Good question, and I'm happy to put this into context: the drug is habit forming. Real human food is not habit forming, and you eventually get bored with the food item and move onto another food item that is in season.
- Structured water: google it. Or even better, pick up a book about it and start reading. Other people have commented about this as well.
So based on this...
- Yes, coffee is a drug. It's habit forming.
- The olives were not marinated. They were preserved in oil.
Want to experience how "habit forming" these drug foods are? Completely remove all cooked foods from your diet, and you'll quickly find out how addicted you are to heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Many people have realized this, and boy--were they in for a serious wake-up call!
That's good that you're considering trying out a few vegan meals a week. You'll at least learn from it, and I'm sure you'll get some enjoyment out of it. Thank you for coming around here, commenting, and inspiring me to share more information on this subject :)
