I bought some frozen Chicken Thighs. I de-boned them and cut the meat into small pieces.
I made a batter using the Tempura Batter Mix and Garlic Salt and Pepper.
I fried them crispy and it was delicious.
We ate them with hot white rice and a salad.
I saved the bones to make a Ramen Broth for the first time. I will let you know how that went in the next post.
